Being a small business, Kathryn gets to step out from behind the desk occasionally to assist Steve with installs, but can usually be found with her nose deep inside a spreadsheet or planning out projects and schedules months in advance!

Mackenzie is often found sitting tall in the red trucks, keeping a close eye on things and specialises in bringing a smile to everyone he sees on a daily basis.

He likes to be anywhere Steve is, chasing rabbits, sleeping in the shade, curled up on new turf or fresh dirt, lives to play with tennis balls and will definitely line you up for some pats.
